TNA is thinking about starting a developmental territory. TNA is considering Booker T's PWA and Team 3D school for this task. TNA is also being told by management to cut dead weight at least 10 men jobs are on the line. Jeff Jarrett don't want to fire anyone but feels the company needs young talent. People such as Booker, 3D, Sting, Foley, Angle, and Christian have added to the show. TNA employee Bill Behren is pushing for NWA Anarchy to be the choice for the development deal. TNA has 10 tryouts set for the next couple of Impact tapings.
Dixie don't want to loss talent like Senshi, Tomko, Chris Harris, Monty, and Lynn anymore. Dixie felt they got loss in the over sized talent roster of dead weight. Savio Vega has asked that IWA-PR be considered and Dutch is his main backer. Bill Berhens recently met with Terry Taylor at TNA HQ's to try and make a case for Anarchy. Cornette believes TNA should get OVW for the job since he stills owns part of the school.
TNA has two list with 10 names each one for cuts others for hires. Each member of creative and management has a list. Problem is no one can agree on the who should be fired, hired, and each school best serves TNA purpose.
Mike Tenay has suggested is that TNA sign young guys then send them overseas. Tenay think TNA should do like Japan and send young guys on learning excursions. Tenay feels with TNA having working deals with AJPW, NJPW, Noah, DG, CMLL, WWC, and IWA this makes sense. TNA recently signed workers from Japan, England, PR, and Mexico and plans to send them to the Developmental 1st. Unknown to most people in wrestling Joe Doering is under contract to TNA. Doering has been under contract to TNA since the GUT CHECK Contest. TNA has been allowing him to work All Japan to get better.
