看起来AEW根本没有。

当被问到AEW缺少竞业禁止条款时，一位信源指出公司通常不会解雇选手，除非是纪律处分的特别要求，因此他们并不
是必须要有这种条款。

据说在AEW这也是视情况的。比如，AEW信源相信如果CM Punk被提前解约，他将在一段时间内不能为WWE比赛。

AEW和William Regal的解约则要求他在2024年1月前不能出现在WWE电视中。
